Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (I actually lined my baking sheet with tin foil since no parchment paper was on hand and it worked just fine.)
- Mix the almond flour and sea salt together in a bowl. Then add the egg and mix well, until dough forms.
- Place the dough between two large pieces of parchment paper (again, I just used tin foil instead). Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 1/16" thick slab.
- Cut your slab into rectangles. Prick with a fork or toothpick if desired.
- Place on the lined baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, until golden.
